Manhattan Heights Homes

Manhattan Heights is a large area of homes east of Sepulveda and west of Liberty village.

This a favorite area for developers because of several attributes. The lots are mostly larger than 7500 square feet, the streets are wide, and the properties are mostly flat. Most of the homes are either smaller homes built after World War II or newer homes built on properties that were formally the older type of homes. The newer homes can be larger than 5000 square feet and usually have a large backyard.
