This is the area west of Sepulveda and East of Valley Drive. The Hill section contains the second highest priced properties in the Manhattan Beach. Most properties have ocean views. Newer homes are built on lots that formally contained homes built in the 1950's. The lots in this area are among the largest ocean view lots in Manhattan Beach, typically between 5000 and 7500 square ft. Parking in this area is plentiful. This neighborhood is also popular because it is easily accessible, only minutes from LAX. Prices range up to 3 million dollars.
