The Tree Section is a very popular and well known neighborhood west of Sepulveda Blvd. Based on its name the streets such as Pine, Walnut, and Oak are lined with many trees, usually the are no curbs giving the area a country feel. Lots in this area are typically 40 x 112 feet. This area has been a very active area for builders and developers over the last 20 years.  Prices in this area can be higher than 2.5 million for a newer home. The foilage in this area is among the most dense of all the Manhattan Beach Home Areas.

The are several varieties of Eucalyptus trees commonly with shedding bark, other popular trees are Carrotwood and New Zealand Christmas tree, many of the trees in this area have colorful flowers which bloom throughout the year.
